First: Forming a Development and Training Unit as follows

Second: It is organizationally linked to the Vice Dean for Clinical Affairs and performs the following tasks:

1- Determining the training needs of the college's employees  

2- Organizing and advertising the training programs at the college

3- Coordination with the various units in the college to set up training courses that raise the level of quality of educational activities

4- Arranging with the training centers at the university to announce the training programs held at the university and to nominate names from the faculty’s employees to benefit from them
