First: Forming an Excuses Unit as follows:

Second: It is organizationally linked to the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and performs the following tasks:

1- Preparing a regulation for dealing with various excuses in accordance with the university's rules and regulations.

2- Studying every excuse presented and expressing an opinion on it according to the regulations and the committee’s views.

3- Submit a quarterly report to the Vice Dean of the college with a summary of the cases and the decisions taken in their regard
